This policy explains how the video publishing tool operated by the owner of grahamwhitford.shop (“we”, “the operator”) handles data when it connects to Google and YouTube services.

What this application is

It is a private, internal tool. It is used by the operator to publish and manage videos on YouTube channels that the operator owns. It is not offered to the public, it has no user accounts, and it does not process data belonging to anyone other than the operator.

When the operator authorises the application with their own Google account, the application may access, through the YouTube Data API:

Storage and retention

Authorisation credentials issued by Google (OAuth tokens) are stored only on the operator's own computer and server, in files that are not published and not shared. They are used solely to perform the actions listed above. They are deleted when access is revoked or when they are no longer needed.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share data obtained through Google APIs with any third party. No data obtained through Google APIs is used to train generative artificial intelligence models.

Limited Use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access granted to this application can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access immediately stops the application from performing any action.
