These terms govern the use of the private video publishing tool operated by the owner of grahamwhitford.shop (“the operator”).

Who may use it

This application is private and internal. It is used exclusively by the operator, acting on YouTube channels that the operator owns and controls. It is not made available to the public and it does not accept registrations from third parties.

What it does

Once authorised with the operator's own Google account, the application uploads videos to the operator's YouTube channels and sets their title, description, thumbnail, privacy status and scheduled publication time. It may add videos to the operator's own playlists and post comments authored by the channel itself.

Acceptable use

The application is used only on channels owned by the operator.
It is not used to access, modify or interact with content belonging to other people.
It is operated in accordance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the applicable Google API policies.

Content

The operator is solely responsible for the content published through the application and for ensuring that it complies with YouTube's policies and with applicable law.

Availability and liability

The application is provided for the operator's own use, without warranty of any kind. The operator accepts that it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, and that third-party services it depends on may change without notice.

Termination

Authorisation can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends the application's ability to act.

Changes

Updated terms will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
